Our Team
Meet Jan
Our Principal Broker is a Georgia native that has resided in the Atlanta Metropolitan area close to 20 years. Jan grew up as an Air Force military brat living abroad, as well as, on the West Coast. She has an extensive background in Marketing and Public Relations having had clients placed in local, regional and international news outlets. Her corporate management background includes her work as a regional service supervisor for a Fortune 500 company owned and operated by Berkshire Hathaway. A graduate of Mercer University in the College of Liberal Arts, Jan has a Bachelor of Arts degree and post graduate studies at Wesleyan College.
Since the inception of her real estate career, Jan has closed 100% of her real estate transactions on both the listing and selling side while closing 98% of her transactions at list price or higher. Jan represents her clients with an unwavering level of integrity, focus and grit. A lover of classical music, greek mythology and American poetry, Jan appreciates a great book and quiet moments whenever traveling. She believes in her company’s mission of having an environment in which respect, discretion and partnership have to be present in order for a successful transaction to result.
Meet Nikki
In addition to her work in the real estate industry, Nikki has over 20 years of experience in advertising and developing campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. Nikki holds a B.S. in Public Relations from Florida A&M, MA in Mass Communications from University of Florida and a MBA from Steinbeis University.
She also gives back to her community by serving as a board member of the Atlanta Center for Photography and the Fulton County Arts Council. Nikki spends her personal time art collecting, traveling, and real estate investing. She is looking forward to working with buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
